We're curious to know where the Tabernacle is placed in your Catholic Church. Listen to show #15 for a little background on the question, then drop us a comment here with your thoughts and observations.

Section 1183 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church states "The tabernacle is to be situated 'in churches in a most worthy place with the greatest honor.' The dignity, placing, and security of the Eucharistic tabernacle should foster adoration before the Lord really present in the Blessed Sacrament of the alter. Does that mean front and center or in your opinion, can the tabernacle be off to one side of the church?

This is an advanced notice that Sarah and I will be talking about our perspectives on Joseph Smith. Specifically, we will discuss the 'First Vision' and how it has changed over the years.
